The last few days have been awesome because Don has been home so we have actually gotten to do some things as a family. We went to Disneyland on Wednesday and met the
Allens'. The kids love going and so do we but it sure does make for a long day. A full day at work and then to hurry home and get everybody ready and head out. Trevor and Brady both went on the Matterhorn (spelling) for the first time. Don said he didn't cry but when he asked him if he wanted to go on it again, he said, "No, that was a little scary". We got home late, kids went to bed late and of course they didn't sleep it. Thursday we went to go see the newest arrival in our family. My cousin Kevin and his girlfriend Sara just had a beautiful baby girl named Addison. We all went to go see the baby and bring them dinner. Again the kids had a blast. Have I ever said how crazy
TT is? Last night I walked into Gavin's bedroom and she had climbed up the ladder and onto the top bunk and was throwing the stuffed animals onto the floor, she will for sure be the first one to the emergency room for an accident. We again got home too late and again the kids woke up to early, but at least it is Friday. I made a cake for Trevor to bring to school today because they are celebrating his birthday since he doesn't go to school on Monday. Also, I promise I don't like to brag about my kids because I know they all catch up with
each other eventually and mine are by no means super advanced, BUT, isn't it kind of impressive that Trevor can throw a baseball up in the air with one hand, put his hands on the bat and hit it???? Maybe that is normal for a 3 year old, I have no idea, but that seems to be pretty good hand eye coordination. Maybe it is from all the ground balls and fly balls that I hit while I was coaching (even when I was pregnant with him).
