Sunday already?????

Friday morning the kids had "grandparents day" at their school, as you can see they were well represented. With two kids at the same school I thought each child needed at least 2 grandparents at all times so papa, mimi, nanny and grams all showed up. The kids loved having their grandparents with them. Grandma Aneth with two of her grandchildren.
On Sunday morning Jeana and I wanted to wear the kids out early so that they would take early naps......not sure if it worked for her but definitely not for me. We went to the nature center and took the 2 mile trail. I think Trevor ran the entire thing and TT must have walked/ran at least a mile to a mile 1/2. They had a great time and besides Trevor running off one time following an old man and his stick, they all behaved great. Here is a picture of Trevor and his hiking stick (we definitely need to take him hiking more often).

It is impossible to get a cute picture of the two of them. She is so photo-genic (spelling) and he is so not!! Every picture he takes you can tell he is saying "cheese" , any other ideas to get him to smile????

I have 3 of these pictures, Trevor looks bad in all of them so here is one that Ruby looks cute in!

Looking at the turtles. I need to look at this often because she had a rough weekend!!

After the nature center we took the train through El Dorado park, they loved it!!!

One of the few cute moments with TT this weekend. Not sure what is up with her, she is usually my lover, but she cried most of the weekend. Here she is looking at the letters on the sign singing her "ABC's" . I cannot believe that I already have to go back to work tomorrow, so not fair!!!!! I love my job and my students but working full time and trying to get everything done around the house SUCKS!!!! I'm done complaining, I know I'm very lucky!!!

So cute of TT singing her 'ABC's' she's getting pretty good. At least you didn't have to carry your baby on the hike, that soooo would have happen to me w/my girl. Aubrey has been hit by the "terrible two" bug, let's hope TT isn't catching it. Your kids are so lucky to have so many grandparents to come visit them at school- I bet they felt so special.

Trevor definitely needs to go on more hikes! I'll start looking for more in the area:)

We have really good hikes in NH, just an FYI! Trevor would love all the rocks to climb on! Your munchkins are so lucky to be so well loved, how fun for the grandparents, and the great-grandma! Less than 8 weeks, but who is counting!
Love, Christy

Kim, find a partner and tandem. It's the best!! A little (or a lot) less money, but so worth it!!! I know, I've done it forever!!!
