Yesterday was the Senior trip to Catalina and I got to go as a chaperon. It was so beautiful and so relaxing, much better than spending the day at work!!! The day was much longer than a normal work day but I was able to sit on the beach all day and visit with my friends that I hardly ever get to see anymore. The kids were still a little under the weather so juggling them around all day was interesting, but they had a great day too. They came to Mayfair for a couple of hours and were the hit of the PE department.
Tomorrow is a big day for us......the last day of work for me and V day for Don (vasectomy, that is). I'm a tiny bit sad, but we both know that we are done having kids. Poor guy worked all night last night, has to go to court today for a few hours, goes to work tonight, gets off at 6:30 am tomorrow and has his appointment at 11:30. He has to work Friday night so we are hoping for a speedy recovery!!

Be careful with the recovery - Robert didn't sit still for the time they said to and he really regretted it - can you say BLACK AND BLUE... the recovery was way worse than the process ( because he didnt stay still ) Good luck to him - big decision!!! You'll love the lack of need for birth control though - it's liberating... until your period comes late! LOL
Yikes, Kim are you sure about this??? It's not too late to back out, TT wants to be a big sister.
Shoot, I'm nervous, and a little sad... you guys do make the cutest kids:) I feel you, though! Stock up on frozen pees!
It is much easier to reverse Don than you, if you do ever change your mind. I know it is a bit sad. Bc was pretty much good to go after his procedure.
Kim,
Yeah for Don and for you!
Tell Don he will be fine, he will go home put some ice on it and sleep. As long as he doesn't have to chase a bad guy he will be fine, Dave had a softball game and had to walk all over campus up and downstairs the next day, he was fine! It is such a huge relief to have them get that done, and remember even if he has a little discomfort, you gave birth to those two babies so...tough! Love you Don, you'll do great!
Love, Christy
We think you should go for a 3rd. Your bday parties are always the best:)
Just don't show pictures, please!
poor don....
I hope Don has a quich and painless recovery.
Whenever you want to come down and go to the waterpark let me know. Anytime/Anyday in July and August. I think Jeana wants to do Wednesdays because she's off. We can even make some yummy drinks for the moms to enjoy.
